Cancellation Policy

SageTouch Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking: -Contact us for appointments. -Appointments should be made at least 7 Days in advance to ensure availability. Cancellation: -Please notify us of any cancellations 24 Hours before your scheduled appointment. -Late cancellations will result in a cancellation fee. -No-shows will incur a no-show fee. Waitlist: -If all slots are booked, you can join our waitlist. -We'll notify you promptly if an earlier appointment becomes available due to a cancellation or rescheduling. -Confirm your new appointment slot from the waitlist promptly to secure it. Payments: -Deposits are non-refundable. -All services require a 50% deposit at booking online and the remainder must be paid by cash, CashApp or credit/debit card once services have been completed.
